Investing the area of the Causeway is one of the Authority’s main goals. In achieving this goal, the Authority has adapted a number of investment projects as well as tourism entertainment plans.

Examples on investments include all types of advertisements, shopping complexes, service offices such as banks, tourism, car rental, or restaurants etc. Currently, KFCA has a number of existing contracts with a few investors such as SABIC, STC, and other companies, to invest in parts of the Causeway.

Efforts are ongoing in seeking potential investment opportunities in entertainment and tourism projects in the coming years.
